Q&A With Marli Berry

What is it like playing for SF?

"I love playing for SF. It's such a different experience than club. Personally, I have a lot more fun and see the people I play with every day at school. Game days are really fun especially when we are wearing our uniforms because we can be hype all day."

Who is your favorite player and why?

"Megan Rapinoe because she's a beast obviously, but mostly because of her activism. It shows girls that they don't have to stay silent and they can fight for what they believe in."

What is it like being Section Champions?

"It's amazing because we worked so hard and we really deserved it. Especially winning a close game like that, it feels great."
