Arianna Spence is in her second season on the varsity team and fourth in the program. She plays for Davis Legacy during club. She had one goal and one assist last season and received the Delta League Sportsmanship Award last season. She likes to spend time with her friends and family and describes herself as a summer person. She hopes to stay in California for college.
How has the first new weeks of the season gone?
"It has gone awesome. As a team we are already building really well and connecting. There is always room for improvement but we are taking good steps. It has been a lot of fun."
How to do you hope to contribute on the field?
"I want to contribute leadership. I wanting to better myself on the field and help my teammates. We want to build each other up and have the positive vibe on the field."
What are your individual goals for the season?
"I want to have the friendships and sisterhood one and off the field. A big goal is championships. We did really well last year. I am excited to see what happens this year."
What did winning the D2 title last year do for the confidence of the team and the program?
"It set a good amount of confidence. I don't want to say we have a lot to live up to but we do. I am excited because the team as a whole is very capable of doing well this year."
What did the Delta League Sportsmanship Award mean to you?
"It was a great honor. Even though I did not get playing time, (my attitude) showed."
If you could live in a book, TV show or movie, where would you live: Little Mermaid (minus the sharks).
What is your Greatest Achievement: Being named Delta League Sportsmanship winner.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be: Teleportation.
If you could time travel, would you go to the past or the future: Future.

What teacher has inspired you the most: Ms. Pare.
