Five Troubies earn winter All-SFL first-team honors

Paeu-Lindgren leads 10 first-team All-SFL honorees in fall haul

St. Francis wins Delta League all-sports crown
May 11, 2023SACRAMENTO, Calif. – St. Francis captured its fourth all-time Delta League All-Sports Championship, presented to the member school with the best overall performance across the league’s sponsored sports. The Troubadours won or tied for five of the 10 possible championships in 2022-23: cross country, volleyball, basketball, soccer and swimming & diving. -

The Troubadour basketball team won the league title outright while the soccer team shared the banner with fellow area powerhouse Davis. -

Troubies welcome new director of athletics
July 14, 2022St. Francis Catholic High School is proud to announce and welcome Ryan Chisolm as its new director of athletics. Chisolm, who previously served as the Associate Athletic Director at University High School in San Francisco, will assume his new role effective July 18. Honbo joins Troubie staff as assistant AD
October 19, 2021Previously a member of the intercollegiate athletics staff at UC Davis for 25 years, Mark Honbo joins the St. Francis High School family as the new assistant athletics director for communications. He replaces the beloved Steve Shaff, who departed the Troubie program in 2020. -
