FOLSOM, Calif. – The St. Francis basketball team dropped two games at the Folsom-Vista Classic, falling to Folsom 57-47 in the semifinals and Vista del Lago 56-46 in the third-place game on Saturday.
St. Francis (4-4) led early against Vista as Mia Fleming-Mullins scored seven first-quarter points but VDL took the lead after trailing 32-21 at the half and scoring 22 points in the third quarter. SF managed just 14 points in the second half. Fleming-Mullins finished with 16 points and Jasmine Lee had 12.
In the first game on Saturday, the Troubadours were again led by Fleming-Mullins and Lee who had 17 and 12, respectively. Fleming-Mullins also had 10 boards to record a double-double.
