ELK GROVE, Calif. - Varsity basketball opened the Laguna Creek Summer League with a 44-17 win over Pleasant Grove on Monday. Mia Fleming-Mullins led the team with 17 points and Jasmine Lee tallied 11 points. The team plays Monday and Wednesday nights (not June 5) during the month of June. First tournament is next weekend at Chico State.
