ELK GROVE, Calif. – The tandem of Arden Garcia and Sarah Ramos-Lasso posted a double-bagel win at No. 1, leading a St. Francis sweep of the three doubles matches and an overall 7-2 team win over Cosumnes Oaks in a Delta League girls' tennis dual match Wednesday.

The Troubadours even their overall record to 2-2 and improve to 2-0 in league competiton.

Garcia/Ramos-Lasso defeated Celyn Gerona and Sahana Elan in the 6-0, 6-0 matchup. All nine matches were decided in straight sets, with Anna Dinh also managing a double-bagel victory at No. 6 singles against Aiysha Prasad. Maria McDougall (6-3, 6-2), Tatum Walbeck (6-3, 6-2) and Sophia Troppmann (6-1, 6-0) also prevailed at No. 1, 3 and 5 singles, respectively.

Meanwhile Kavya Benush and Litzy Alengaden combined for a 6-1, 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles and Ava Ensberg and Anya Bilal paired up for a 6-1, 6-0 rout at the No. 3 court. 

St. Francis takes a break from Delta League action to head to Menlo School for the Golden State Tennis Classic. Matches run all day on Friday and Saturday at Menlo's Wunderlich courts.
