SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Due to COVID-19 protocols in the respective programs, St. Francis High School has postponed two of its varsity and junior varsity Gold basketball Delta League contests until later in the month of January.
• The Tuesday, January 11 road games at Cosumnes Oaks have now been postponed to Saturday, January 22. Tip-off times will be 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
• The Thursday, January 13 home games against Davis have now been pushed back to Saturday, January 29. Start times are noon and 1:30 p.m. Note that this is the second time this matchup has been postponed, as the Trouabdours-Blue Devils contest was initially slated for January 4.
The JV Red basketball schedule also remains unchanged: the Troubies have road games at El Dorado on Tuesday (4 p.m.) and Vista Del Lago on Friday (5:30 p.m.).
Furthermore, the SFHS soccer games are still expected to play as scheduled: JV Red at Folsom (Jan. 11), at home vs. Vista Del Lago (Jan. 13) and at Rocklin (Jan. 14). Varsity and JV Gold soccer each host Pleasant Grove (Jan. 12) and Franklin (Jan. 13) in Delta League play.
