Water Polo Coach Heather Moody to Take ARC PostMay 17, 2019St. Francis water polo coach Heather Moody has resigned to take the Head Water Polo Coach position at American River College. Moody led the St. Francis water polo program for six seasons from 2013-18. She was originally named the head coach of the St. Francis Water Polo program in August 2013.

Nine Senior Troubadours Sign to Play Collegiate SportsApril 17, 2019Nine St. Francis seniors have made commitments to play collegiate sports this fall and were recognized at a ceremony at the school, bringing the total to 23 student-athletes for the Class of 2019. The Troubadours who signed on April 17 represent seven sports (basketball, cross country, lacrosse, rowing, swimming, tennis and water polo) and will be attending schools in four states (California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington).

Alumna Charter Makes Local Visit with Nationally-Ranked Cal Water PoloFebruary 18, 2019Alumna Lauren Charter ’15 played in Davis on Feb. 16 with her nationally-ranked Cal Water Polo program in a single match against the Aggies. Four years after leaving Sacramento to attend UC-Berkeley, Charter has made her mark in and out of the pool during her time with the Golden Bears.

The Troubadours will play No. 6 seed Clovis West at Clovis North High School at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16.

She has scored 18 career goals in 58 games. She loves sushi. She is the SBO Secretary this year and was named the Student of the Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

She was part of the St. Francis Chicago Service Trip this past summer. She is undecided on college at this point trying to find the right fit. She is also a member of the St. Francis swimming team.

Get to Know: Water Polo's #1 Kate WatleySeptember 13, 2018Kate Watley is in her third season with the St. Francis Water Polo program and second season on the varsity team. She attended the Chicago Service Trip this summer with two of her teammates among 13 Troubies on the trip. She hopes to study nursing in college. Kate was part of Team Curesaders that raised $139,000 for LLS this summer.
