LODI, Calif. – Sophomore Arden Han-Wei scored a 6-over-par 78 to lead St. Francis to a team total of 448 strokes, good for sixth place at the Sac-Joaquin Section Division I tournament, hosted at Micke Grove Golf Course Monday. The Troubadours' team finish earned a team berth to the CIF-SJS Masters tourney, held at The Reserve at Spanos Park on October 30.

After Han-Wei, Nydia Garcia added a 86, with Momina Niazi (89) and Olivia Lee (92) following behind her. Aja Garcia and Natalie Zipser turned in matching 103 scores.

The team total of 448 put SF in the sixth and final advancement to the Masters event. Pleasant Grove won the Division I title, edging Granite Bay by a 364-371 margin. Oak Ridge followed close behind in third at 376 strokes, while Lodi (397) and Rocklin (426) took fourth and fifth, respectively.

Neither complete team standings nor an overall individual leaderboard were available at press time. The top six teams plus nine at-large individuals move on to the Masters tourney from the Div. I championship. Meanwhile, two teams and six individuals advance from the D-II and D-III tourneys, while one team and six individuals earn entries from D-IV and D-V. The Masters tournament begins at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start. Three teams and four at-large individuals will advance from Stockton's event to the NorCal Championship, held at Berkeley Country Club on November 6.
