Softball’s Smith Named to SacBee All-Metro Second Team

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Softball's Chloe Smith was named to the Sacramento Bee All-Metro second team softball team announced in Sunday's edition of the newspaper.

Smith, who signed to play at Villanova, hit .571 with eight home runs and 41 RBI this season for the Troubadours. She led the Delta League in batting average, home runs and RBI. She recorded 16 multi-hit games on the season.

Teammate Bella Valentine garnered honorable mention accolades.
