CARMICHAEL, Calif. – St. Francis High lost to rival and area powerhouse Davis Senior High by a 20-1 final in the varsity matchup, then dropped a 13-4 decision to the Blue Devils in the junior varsity game, closing out the regular season in Delta League girls water polo action at Jesuit High School Tuesday night.

No individual statistics were available at press time.

The Troubadours, playing in their season finale, honored their senior class prior to the contest: Emma Kropf, Baya McIntosh, Rory Peters, Emily Sherrod and Summer Tresemer. A sixth senior, Emma Houle, was unable to attend.

St. Francis will now head into Sac-Joaquin Section postseason play. The tournaments begin with the "outbracket" (play-in) games on November 2, then continue through the first round (Nov. 4) and semifinals (Nov. 9) before culminating with the section finals at Woodcreek High on November 13.
