What are your thoughts on being a senior?
"It is crazy. Time goes by so fast. When you are a freshman, you think people just say that. Now that we are here, it is wow. High school is almost over and you have to make the most of it."

What has been your favorite part about being a member of the water polo program?
"My favorite part has been the close friends that I have made and having a team that always has your back. With any sport you find friends, but with water polo it feels different in a way you meet life-long friends."

How is your experience been having your sister part of the coaching staff?
"It is hard because I know she knows more (about the sport). She has played in college and is playing in college with Sacramento State. It is nice to have someone who can tell me what to do at home and in the pool. But I also have someone who says you are doing great and not to get down. She is my sister and she is going to push me up rather than knock me down."

What is important to you and meaningful about your Camp Rec experience?
"I think everyone deserves to have some form of fun in their lives. There are people who are not as fortunate enough to have what we are given. When we go to this camp, they feel like they have the entire world and they are so happy. It makes their whole year and they talk about it all year round. I talk about all year round. It is special to them but us too."

What are thoughts on college?
"I really want to continue water polo. I did not know at first because it is a big commitment to do a college sport. Now I really want to. It is between Loyola Marymount, Sonoma State and St. Mary's (if I do club)."

What are your individual goals for the season?
"I want to strengthen myself as a player. Strengthening myself will strengthen my team. I know when I am at my best and cheering people on, it helps our team grow as one. My goal is to make sure I am playing the best of my ability."
