SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Basketball's Sydney Teoh and the soccer foursome of Estella Bacsafra, Miley Blough, Jada Dwyre and Maggie Koerwitz represented St. Francis on the 2024-25 All-Sierra Foothill League winter awards, as announced by commissioner Steve Thornton this week.  

Teoh, Bacsafra, Dwyre and Koerwitz are seniors while Blough starred in her junior season.  

The all-league awards are coordinated among the coaches on a sport-by-sport per SFL bylaws, and the Troubie honorees received their certificates at their respective season awards banquets. However, the league does not announce the winners until after all sports have concluded their seasons.

St. Francis' varsity and JV basketball teams celebrated their seasons together earlier in March, while the varsity, JV Gold and JV Red soccer teams held separate events. A summary of 2024-25 winter All-SFL winners plus team awards is listed below:
