Nabeta, sweet SF sixteen earn Delta League plaudits
May 29, 2023SACRAMENTO, Calif. – St. Francis head swimming coach Brian Nabeta earned Co-Coach of the Year while a total of 16 Troubadours won a total of 16 first-team honors, as the spring sports All-Delta League awards were announced by commission Rick Spears’ office Monday. -
Citizens of the world: Lauren & Louise Morr
May 02, 2023Twin sisters Lauren and Louise Morr both wrap up their final seasons on the Troubadour varsity lacrosse team – albeit on opposite ends of the field. In the fall, they are both headed to UCLA, where both will major in biology. And in between, they will serve their fifth summer on the staff of Camp Nefesh, a day camp that serves the children of refugee families in the Sacramento area.

April 27, 2023FOLSOM, Calif. – Junior Jane Tattersall scored a career-high 10 goals while Brynley Hodge added another five, but St. Francis surrendered a similar performance by Folsom’s high-scoring freshman duo of Maya Reddy and Siena Kazinec, ultimately falling by a 19-18 final in the third-place game of the Sierra Foothill/Delta League lacrosse tournament Thursday night.
