SACRAMENTO, Calif - Junior Isabella Fauria named to the Mile Split California Cross Country All State Honorable Mention Team.

After missing all of the 2017 cross country season, Fauria came back from an injury to place 10th in CIF State Championship race 2018 and took the Sac-Joaquin Section title for the CIF Division II for the third year in a row.

Fauria is only the third Troubador to win the Sac-Joaquin Section title in school history. She placed top 10 in eight varsity races this season including a fifth place award in the Delta League Championship race. "I couldn't do any of it without my amazing team, they push me at practice and and during my meets. I definitely owe it all to my team, and Coach Rios because they are amazing support," said Fauria.

Fauria plans to run collegiately and will run for the St. Francis track and field team this season.
