SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has announced its Women's Runner of the Week for the week of October 1.
WEST COAST CONFERENCE RUNNER OF THE WEEK – LAUREN LAROCCO, SR., – PORTLAND
In her first cross country race back since 2016, redshirt senior Lauren LaRocco, who graduated from St. Francis in 2014, finished 16th overall in 20:04.4 to help the No. 29 Portland Pilots place 12th at the 2018 Nuttycombe Invite.
The Portland women topped three higher ranked teams in the USTFCCCA Polls with their performance including, #13 Penn State, #25 Providence, and #27 Georgetown.
