RIO LINDA, Calif. -- Sophomore Sinclair Yadao won the individual 1-meter board for St. Francis in the diving portion of a Delta League dual meet against Cosumnes Oaks Wednesday. The Troubies won the meet overall by a 256-28 final.

Yadao totaled 198.85 points for the victory. Freshman Paige Vicente (167.30) and junior Jaiden Jackson (150.60) claimed the next two places. CO did not field any divers in the meet.
