EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. – Freshmen Jocelyn Villaflor and Amelin Pragasam accounted for the entirety of St. Francis JV Red's scoring in a 51-10 loss at Oak Ridge in frosh girls' basketball action Tuesday night.
The Troubadours slip to 3-10 for the year, including 0-2 against the Trojans.
Villaflor got SF on the board in the second period after Oak Ridge opened with a 14-0 first quarter. She finished with six points, while Pragasam scored field goals in each of the third and fourth frames. The Trojans led 27-4 at halftime.
Tuesday's game kicks off a tough final stretch for JV Red: the Troubies take on Del Oro (21-1) at home on Wednesday and in Loomis on Thursday. Their season wraps on February 6 for the third meeting of the year against Granite Bay.
