SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The St. Francis Junior Varsity Gold soccer team held their team banquet Thursday night at Club Pheasant. The team voted on the following team awards: Best Offensive Player- Alyssa "Sparkle" Harmon; Best Defensive Player- Caroline Murdoch, Most Valuable Player- Mika Shinoda, Troubie Spirit Award- Emma Harris.

Head Coach Alex Hoang and assistant Mark Brady led the team to a perfect 20-0 record in the team while outscoring their opponents 77-8.

Harmon received the Best Offensive Player award after scoring five goals and recording five assists. Murdoch led a defensive effort had recorded 14 shutout on the season with the help pf goalies Rory Peters and Ava Hawkinson.

Sophomore Mika Shinoda received the Most Valuable Player and Emma Harris was the recipient of the Troubie Spirit Award.
