- St. Francis Head Coach Bert Jones was named the Delta League Coach of the Year for the second consecutive season.
- The St. Francis golf team placed fourth-place finish at the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters tournament after advancing from the SJS Division 1 North Tournament with a fourth-place finish.
- The team qualified for the postseason by winning the Delta League title for the second consecutive season, posting an undefeated dual and center match record.
- Four Troubies earned All-Delta League honors. The Troubadours named to the team included junior Patricia Sweeney, who was the second-ranked player in the league, Saca (No. 6), junior Olivia Alcoran (No. 7) and senior Lauren Allen (No. 10). Sophomore Nashla Aguero was 12th overall in the standings.
- Sweeney was named the team's Most Valuable Player. She played every match, posting a team-best 37.7 scoring average in dual matches. She earned a team-best medalist honors three times during the season. She had a team-best 74.4 scoring average for 18 holes and season-best 71.
- Junior Oliva Alcoran received the Integrity in the Moment Award.
- Senior Lauren Allen took medalist honors two times while posting a 39.9 dual match scoring average. She signed to play at Missouri S&T.
- Senior Adrienne Graybill was named the team's most improved player. She qualified for her first match in four seasons on the team and posted a season-best 46.
- Two Troubadours recorded holes-in-one during the season. Senior Chase Saca recorded a hole-in-one on the 17th hole (68 yards) at Bartley Cavanaugh, while Ceci Fletcher did at the Masters on the 4th hole (106 yards).
