ROCKLIN, Calif. – St. Francis tallied only eight more kills than errors for a hitting average of .083 in falling in three sets to top-ranked Rocklin in the varsity finale of a Sierra Foothill League girls’ volleyball tripleheader Wednesday evening.

ROSEVILLE, Calif. – Senior Arden Han-Wei fired a 6-over-par 78 to lead St. Francis to a third-place total of 420 strokes at the first Sierra Foothill League girls’ golf tournament, held at Timber Creek Golf Course.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Junior Tayli Paeu-Lindgren caught two touchdown passes, junior Natalia Zitelli ran for two and sophomore Monet Zauner returned for two more on “pick six” interception returns, as St. Francis rolled past Folsom, 46-0, in the varsity nightcap of a Sierra Foothill League girls’ flag football doubleheader Tuesday night.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Sisters Sophia and Sidney Palmeri combined for 16 kills against just two errors for a .311 average while junior opposite Layla Hernandez hit 8-2-17 and a .353 clip, as St. Francis swept Davis, 25-16, 25-16, 25-19, in the varsity finale of a Sierra Foothill League girls’ volleyball tripleheader Monday night.
