Mlikotin, Garza earn Optimist All-Star selectionsNovember 29, 2022SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Outside hitter Olivia Mlikotin and middle blocker Sophia Garza will represent St. Francis in the Sacramento Breakfast Optimist All-Star Volleyball match. Furthermore, the two Troubadours will play for a team coached by Alynn Wright and Bill Hanrahan, SF’s varsity head coach and assistant coach, respectively.

Han-Wei, Worthen lead Troubies on Delta League fall honor rollNovember 22, 2022SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Freshman Arden Han-Wei captured Player of the Year for golf while first-year cross country mentor Chad Worthen captured Coach of the Year distinction, as the Delta League rolled out its 2022 fall sports awards Monday. These awards arrived in a season that also saw tennis players Aniyus Pierre and Chloe Garcia capture the league doubles championship.
