Kendall Houck has been a four-year varsity player. She was an All-American as a junior and has been a two-time All-Section selection. She has played the game since she was seven-years old and is being recruited to play in college by several schools including San Diego State, Pacific and Fresno State.
What do you think about ahead of your Senior Game?
"I makes me think how great my last three years have been at St. Francis have been. It is bitter sweet leaving but I am excited to see what my future holds."
What has been your favorite water polo moment?
"My favorite has been being part of such an amazing team and being surrounded by such amazing girls coming into this school."
Your offensive totals rank among the best in school history. Have you thought about the impact you have had over your four years?
"It does not sink in. I have not really thought about all that. It is about what I can do to help my team and what I can do to make them better and help them succeed."
How have you grown as a player since "Freshman Kendall"?
"I feel like I have grown a lot and my maturity is a lot better. I understand the game so much more now than I did as a freshman."
What is your biggest strength?
"My biggest strength is being able to communicate with the girls during a game situation and trying my best to help them understand what they could have done better and help the team."
What are your hopes for the next few weeks?
"Obviously it would be perfect if we could beat Davis and I do believe that we can. My team is strong and if we work together it could happen."
What are you looking forward to about the opportunity to play in college?
"I am looking forward to going to college and having the security of a team that will have my back. I am also like that I will be able to register for my classes first."
What did it mean to you to be selected a captain?
"It meant a lot. I just hope to be a role model to them and they get where I try to come from."
If you could live in a book, TV show or movie, where would you live: The Office.
What is your greatest achievement: Making National team when I was younger.
If you could have one superpower: Time Travel.
If you could time travel, would you go to the past or the future: Past.
What is the concert you want to see: Billy Eilish.
What teacher has inspired you the most: Ms. Pare.
What is your favorite holiday: Christmas.
