Alumna Amy Crayne Earns All-America Honors

GENEVA, Ohio – Azusa Pacific junior and St. Francis alumna Amy Crayne '13 earned All-America honors on the 3-meter board at the NCAA Division II Championships.

Crayne led the way for the Cougars, placing sixth overall with a score of 422.95. Her performance earned her All-American status in the three-meter event, and she also made program history by becoming the first ever Cougar diver to reach the podium at Nationals.

Crayne's podium finish earned the Cougars 13 points.

"Amy was strong and consistent," said diving coach Cindy Adams, "She qualified for the finals in eighth place, and was then able to climb to sixth place overall with her solid front 1 ½ with 2 twists."

Crayne was scheduled to compete on the one-meter board but the event was canceled.

Crayne won both the one-meter and three-meter competitions at the 2020 PCSC Championships meet. In the one-meter, she compiled a total score of 290.35 to take the top spot on the podium. Two days later, she won the three-meter with a final score of 277.60.
