Alumna and American River College diver Amy Crayne ‘13 was named the California Community College Athletic Association Diver of the Year after winning both the 1-meter and 3-meter titles at the CCCAA State Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at DeAnza College in May.
Seniors Elise Urkov and Patricia Sweeney were honored as the Booster Club Scholar-Athletes of the Year, while Myra Anwar and Jade Borg received the Booster Club Leadership Award.
Junior Maddy Miles posted a 343.85 score for her 11-dive schedule to place 12th overall at the Sac-Joaquin Section Varsity Diving Championships Friday at McClatchy High School.

Nine St. Francis seniors have made commitments to play collegiate sports this fall and were recognized at a ceremony at the school, bringing the total to 23 student-athletes for the Class of 2019. The Troubadours who signed on April 17 represent seven sports (basketball, cross country, lacrosse, rowing, swimming, tennis and water polo) and will be attending schools in four states (California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington).
The St. Francis diving team placed three divers among the top four at the Delta League varsity championships and sophomore Sammie Calagna won the junior varsity diving title Thursday at Capital Divers.

Mandatory impact test for all new divers, freshmen and juniors on Feb. 7 in Room 332 at 3:30 p.m. First diving practice is on Feb. 8 from 4:00-5:00 at Capital Divers in Rio Linda. Practice is MWF from 3:30-5:00 p.m. at Capital Divers. Physical and Final Forms must be complete before you can participate.
