SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The St. Francis soccer team moved up to a season-high No. 17 on the TopDrawerSoccer.com Winter FAB 50 High School Soccer Team Rankings announced on Feb. 12.
St. Francis is undefeated in its last nine matches, dating back to a loss to FAB 50 No. 2 Davis. During that run, St. Francis pinned a tie on the record on Davis. St. Francis is the No. 1 seed in the upcoming CIF Sac-Joaquin Division II playoffs.
The Troubadours are also listed at No. 3 in the website's regional rankings and seventh in the state rankings.
St. Francis hosts Del Oro at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the opening round of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division II playoffs. Tikets are $6 for adults and $4 for students.
