SACRAMENTO, Calif. – St. Ignatius won the 2019 St. Francis P.A.L. Tournament title with a 40-32 win over St. John Notre Dame in the championship game. SI advanced to the title game with wins over St. Rose (41-16) and St. Roberts (34-13).
St. Ignatius' Chidera Okoye led her team to the title, headlining the eight player P.A.L. All-Tournament team. Other selections included Natalie Vigil (St. Rose), Jordan Myers (SJE), Kathleen Kuzmich (OLA), Kate Patella (St. Mary), Kimora McKechnie (St. Roberts), Hannah Tandy (OLG) and Olivia Mlikotin (SJND).
