Many of you have received a 60-day expiration notice for your daughters physical. This is a reminder that physicals must be completed yearly and most will expire on June 1st (at the end of this school year). There's good news though, June 5 will be Sports Physical Night on campus for the 2019-20 school year. Take this opportunity to save the date for this event. We will have more information released just after spring break.
If you are a medical professional interested in volunteering for this event please keep an eye out in upcoming parent newsletters for the MVP sign up. Hours earned will count towards the 2019-20 school year requirements.
This is also a good time to update your child's profile on Final Forms for next year. Log into your Final Forms account and click on the 2019-20 school year at the top of the page. You have the opportunity to update information that may have changed and sign the permission forms for the upcoming year. Your daughter will also need to log back in to sign her forms as well.
If your child is a senior, no action is required from you at this time.
